**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience
* Operating the register and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
* Making purchase suggestions and promoting our products to customers
* Working with our food program to provide excellent customer service and promote our offerings
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
* Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
* Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease
* Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales experience
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
