As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and providing training to new hires. If you're a customer service enthusiast with a passion for self-improvement and a drive to deliver exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Promptly responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels * Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues that you are not equipped to deal with * Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers' issues * Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible * Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times * Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved * Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced * Attending workshops and meetings as required * Providing training to new customer service agents * Respecting client confidentiality at all times **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High school diploma or GED * Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous * Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as salesforce sales cloud, may be required * Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred * The ability to respond appropriately under pressure * Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills * The ability to speak a second language may be advantageous * A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients * The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required * Superb written and verbal communication skills **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in help desk software and CRM systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote customer service environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Experience providing training to new customer service agents * Certification in customer service or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
