You'll have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop your skills in emergency management, threat assessment, and collaboration, and contribute to the development of our organization's security protocols. This is a part-time remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to develop high-quality technical solutions * Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business strategies, and compliance with departmental standards * Manage project timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget * Act as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and IT teams * Participate in system and acceptance testing * Scope of work may vary depending on the team project **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, cybersecurity) * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required * Basic knowledge of data security and threat mitigation standards, theories, and practices preferred * Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm preferred * Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk and Compliance (GRC) preferred * Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement preferred * Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program preferred * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders preferred * Basic knowledge of technical environment required * Openness to Agile philosophies preferred * Coursework or experience related to network security preferred * Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines preferred * Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year preferred * Experience resolving business issues in a capstone or case competition preferred * Ability to work in a culture that is open, direct, conscious, kind, and empathetic * Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a cybersecurity or network protection role * Knowledge of threat intelligence, incident response, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems * Experience with security frameworks, regulations, and standards (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) * Familiarity with cloud security, virtualization, and containerization * Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence * Knowledge of compliance and risk management frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001) **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25/hour * Opportunity to work on real-world projects and develop your skills in emergency management, threat assessment, and collaboration * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Comprehensive training and development programs * Flexible remote work arrangement * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for cybersecurity and data entry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
