**Job Responsibilities**
As an Insurance Sales Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Soliciting new business and maintaining current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals
* Expanding business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon production goals
* Accurately accounting for all currency transactions and timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in our agency management system
* Connecting quickly with customers, building and leveraging relationships, and educating and advising customers on which products best fit their needs
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred but not required)
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
* Effective and efficient use of computers and systems
* Sales or customer service experience
* A High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to build relationships with sales customers
* Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
* Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
