Your key responsibilities will include: * Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers via phone, email, or online chat * Opening and submitting tickets into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review * Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensuring that customers receive updates on the status of their issue * Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions * Collaborating with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex issues and provide coordinated support to customers * Staying organized and focused on closing out tickets quickly to ensure efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in I.T.
