**Job Summary**
As a Sales & Customer Success Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our sales and customer success teams to drive growth, resolve customer issues, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking
* Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive growth and retention
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, issue resolution, and tailored solutions
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Work closely with the customer success team to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
* Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative solutions to clients
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in sales or customer success, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
* Knowledge of the industry and market trends
* Certification in sales or customer success, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM)
* Fluency in a second language, such as Spanish or Mandarin

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
* A base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
* Commission and bonus opportunities, with a target earnings potential of $100,000 - $150,000 per year
