**Key Responsibilities**
As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Participate in both voice and non-voice processes as necessary, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and effective communication with clients and team members.
* Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and quality execution of all assigned tasks.
* Validate information supplied by third-party sources using online databases, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data.
* Execute and complete Enrichment Tasks as outlined by client training, adhering to strict quality and productivity standards.
* Conduct data entry tasks, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
* Achieve timely and quality execution of all assigned tasks, meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards.
* Be prepared to undertake additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
