**A Day in the Life**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your typical schedule will be Monday - Friday, with an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8 AM - 8 PM EST. Your role will involve conducting outbound calls and emails to prospective clients using a provided script to deliver strategic brand messaging. You will quickly engage and build rapport with gatekeepers and decision-makers to understand their needs, share accurate information, and effectively promote our client's product. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate records of calls in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients using a provided script to deliver strategic brand messaging.
* Engage and build rapport with gatekeepers and decision-makers to understand their needs and promote our client's product.
* Maintain accurate records of calls in the CRM system.
* Identify and nurture potential leads in the healthcare industry.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Ability to work independently and to effectively overcome objections and handle rejection.
* Excellent communication and sales skills.

* Additional education or experience with cold calling, sales, or marketing.
