**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Assisting clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests
* Maintaining accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries
* Coordinating scheduling for travel consultations and managing the calendar for the agency
* Processing payments, issuing invoices, and tracking client accounts
