* Provide exceptional customer experiences, building trust and confidence with our clients' customers through personalized and helpful interactions

**Required Qualifications**
* Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success
* Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical systems and resolve issues quickly
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with customers
* Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center or virtual sales environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and other technical tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
