Our Adult Detox and Crisis Recovery Unit is a 14-bed facility that operates 24/7, providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to detox from alcohol or other drugs. We are passionate about making a positive impact in our community, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **Job Responsibilities:** As an experienced Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key duties: * **Data Management and Reporting:** Utilize spreadsheets or databases to organize information and produce standard reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Prepare complex disbursement forms, such as check requests, travel forms, cash sheets, and journal entries, for routing and approval. * **Accounting and Financial Management:** Set up accounts, reconcile ledgers, gather data for budget preparation, and prepare a wide variety of accounting forms. Reconcile daily receipts or accounts receivable/payable, identify discrepancies, and make corrections. * **Procurement and Logistics:** Verify requests for goods and services against County contracts and funding sources, order goods or services, and follow up on discrepancies to ensure delivery. Ensure appropriate routing and approval of purchase requests. * **System Administration and Training:** Establish, modify, and maintain a system for tracking the progress of work that is the responsibility of senior management.
