**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Processing transactions, including ticket sales, baggage fees, and other travel-related services
* Managing customer complaints and issues related to oversold flights, delayed or cancelled flights, lost or damaged luggage, and other travel-related issues
* Maintaining accurate records and completing reports as required
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations
* Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including safety protocols and emergency procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
