**The Role**
As a Personal-Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our customers across a wide range of insurance products. You'll be responsible for:
* Assisting existing and potential agency clients with various servicing needs via phone, email, and SMS in a prompt and friendly manner
* Interpreting and analyzing complex insurance policies, cancellations, reinstatements, endorsements, reports, and other insurance-related documents to make data-driven decisions
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional resolutions and high levels of customer satisfaction
* Navigating multiple insurers' products and agent portals, including arenaflex's proprietary systems, to efficiently and effectively service clients
* Utilizing advanced software, such as our CRM and in-house comp rater, to drive business growth and customer loyalty
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and SMS, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Analyze and interpret complex insurance policies, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive business growth
* Stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services, providing expert advice to customers
* Utilize advanced software to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and analyze business trends
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2-3 years of experience in the P&C Insurance industry, with a valid Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
* Proven track record of personal initiative, efficiency, attention to detail, and multi-tasking, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Hyper-comfort with ambiguity, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing processes and systems
* Natural problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose creative solutions to complex issues
* Superior computer fluency, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and navigate multiple Carrier portals simultaneously
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Active licenses in 40+ states
* Bilingual in English & Spanish
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Competitive base salary starting at $47.5k, with automatic increase to $50k after 3 months
* Uncapped bonuses for upselling and cross-selling insurance products
* Earn 4% commission of total written premiums, with no cap
* Bonuses available for putting in extra hours
