With a strong presence in the US Pharma market, we are seeking a talented and experienced CTR to join our dynamic Customer Team. **Job Summary** The US Pharma Customer Team Representative (CTR) is a field-based sales position that requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. As a CTR, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory-level business plan, maintaining product knowledge and certification, and engaging in balanced product sales discussions with healthcare providers and business professionals. You will also provide regular updates to management on customer needs, feedback, and progress towards quality goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop a territory-level business plan in accordance with arenaflex's policies, standards, and ethics * Maintain product knowledge and certification on arenaflex's portfolio of products * Engage in balanced product sales discussions with healthcare providers and business professionals to align customer needs and arenaflex products * Provide regular updates to management on customer needs, feedback, and progress towards quality goals * Regularly monitor business performance against objectives using arenaflex-provided tools * Provide customers with key insights and recommendations based on arenaflex-provided scientific, product, and marketplace information * Attend product workshops and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments * Collaborate with other arenaflex field-based employees, such as Account Executives and Integration Delivery Systems leaders, to achieve business objectives **Position Qualifications** * Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 3 years of sales experience or a minimum of a high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience in a professional sales, marketing, military, or healthcare/scientific field (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices) * Required Experience and Skills: + Demonstrated excellence in current or previous educational or professional roles + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills + Ability to work both independently and within a team environment + Strong organizational and time management skills + Valid Driver's license * Preferred Experience and Skills: + Ability to convey technical concepts accurately and clearly + Previous sales, account management, consultative, or customer service experience + Ability to analyze metrics to assess progress against objectives **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a member of arenaflex's Customer Team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that is committed to excellence and innovation.
