**Your Role at arenaflex**
As a Customer Service Operations Support Administrator, you'll be responsible for taking on various types of interest from internal stakeholders relating to customers' experiences as candidates taking our assessments/exams. You'll use your exceptional customer service skills to understand customer enquiries, ask questions, and collaborate with our diverse departments to investigate what happened. Your goal will be to deliver a positive outcome and take care of each valued customer.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
* Investigating customer issues and collaborating with internal teams to resolve them
* Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
* Identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences and suggesting ways to avoid similar issues in the future
* Working with internal teams to develop and implement solutions to customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

* A high school diploma or equivalent level qualifications
* A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

* Curiosity and the ability to investigate and seek out answers to questions over multiple technological platforms
